1.Usage Method After Purchase
For a newly purchased stainless steel food container, a cleaning process is required before the first use. Due to the characteristics of stainless steel products, there may be polishing agent residues, and the following steps should be followed:
First, use kitchen paper dipped in cooking oil to carefully wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the product to remove the polishing agent. Then, mix water, vinegar, and a neutral detergent in a ratio of 2:1:1. Use a sponge or a soft dishwashing brush to thoroughly wipe the food container, then rinse it clean and dry it before putting it into use.
If white, rainbow – colored, or other colored products become discolored or dirty, a special stainless – steel detergent can be used, or cleaning can be done with lemon or vinegar.
2.Precautions During Use
During use, multiple aspects need to be noted:
1.Keep away from open flames/fire sources; non-stainless-steel lid is fire-damaged easily.
2.Avoid strong impacts on the container to prevent damage.
3.Clean food residues promptly to avoid stains/discoloration on stainless steel.
4.Be cautious of scalding with hot items inside.
5.Do not use sharp objects to cut food inside the container.
6.Clean with soft brush/sponge (with cleaner); avoid rough brushes/polish to prevent scratches.
7.No sharp tools to remove the lid’s silicone pad.
8.Thaw long-frozen container at room temp for 2-3 mins before opening.
9.Do not store milk/dairy/juices long-term (easy to spoil); no heating frozen containers in rice cookers.
3.Heating Instructions
Heating should follow the specifications: Before using an oven or a microwave, the lid must be removed. Frozen items should be thawed at room temperature for 2 – 3 minutes first. Due to the risk of scalding, be sure to use oven mitts.
Using the product for purposes other than its basic intended use is prohibited. When using a microwave for heating, only place one container at a time, and never put an empty stainless – steel container alone into the microwave. Avoid contact between the food container and the metal materials and containers inside the microwave.
Only use the heating function, and control the heating time within 3 minutes. Do not cover the food container with aluminum foil or plastic wrap, and do not use it for making popcorn or melting sugar.
